Lung Buddy inspects and packs all orders with care. However, there are times when items may be damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped. If this is the case for you, we’ll gladly replace within 7 days from the purchase date at no extra charge.
If in the case whereby your product is defective or damaged, we will replace the part or item for you or help you fix the issue, within 7 days from the date of purchase. But this does not apply or include any of the consumable parts such as E-Liquids or Coils etc. For parts, we offer an 180 day (6 Month) warranty.

If you are not satisfied for any reason with your Lung Buddy product, you can return any item within seven business after delivery. This guarantee does not apply to consumable products (E-Liquids & Coils) custom orders, special orders or pieces have been modified to the requirements of each customer.
Shipping and handling charges tariffs are a commitment by the buyer, also any Customs duties that occur. When you return any item, please send an e-mail first and provide details of your order, why you are returning items and we will provide a return address. Once we receive and we have inspected the package, you should receive your refund for the cost of product processed within seven business days, only if the product has not been used and is in original packaging. Shipping & Delivery
All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours, from receipt of the proof of payment. Estimated Delivery is 5-10 days Nationwide (South Africa ONLY). Please allow a maximum of 10-15 business days. Upon shipment of your order, you will be notified by e-mail and receive a Tracking Number as well as a web link to ensure you know where your order is at all times. All orders are shipped directly from our head office location in Johannesburg/Pretoria South Africa.
Shipping costs is a flat rate of R120.00 per order. This is available upon checkout. The cost of shipping is incurred by the purchaser and becomes the purchaser’s responsibility upon successful completion of an order. However, in the event of lost, damaged, customs seizure, please refer to our return policy.
To find out what the status of your order is, you can use the Online Order Status Tracking Search available below and available on your My Account page under Order Tracking. So once your order is complete a confirmation email will be sent to you, with your order number.
If you have created a Lung Buddy account during the checkout process, or previously, you will be able to check the status of your order anytime you feel like by clicking on the Order Tracking link available at the bottom of your My Account page. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to be displayed.
All orders that are shipped will include a separate traceable shipping number and web link. If your order has not arrived within 10-15 business days, from the date of shipment, please call our customer service on 082-396-4866 so that we can investigate your shipment.
